Room was immaculately cleaned. Everything worked and was presented with a simple elegance. Undercover parking which fit my ute on without me having to remove my recovery boards.
Lady at reception was just lovely.
Would happily recommend

The best areas to stay in Yimbun are the Yimbun town centre and the surrounding rural properties, each offering a distinct experience.
The Yimbun town centre is ideal for travellers who appreciate convenience and quick access to local amenities. This compact area is centred around Main Street, where you'll find the general store, a couple of eateries, and the local pub. It's a great spot for those who want to be able to walk to grab a coffee or a meal without needing to drive.
Couples looking for a peaceful retreat will find the rural properties surrounding Yimbun particularly appealing. These accommodations often sit on larger plots of land, providing privacy and expansive views of the Queensland countryside. Many offer a chance to experience the natural beauty of the region, perhaps with a fire pit under the stars or a veranda overlooking rolling hills.
When is the best time to go to Yimbun?
The best time to visit Yimbun is during the dry season, which runs from May to October.
During these months, you'll experience clear skies, comfortable temperatures, and lower humidity, making it ideal for exploring the region's natural beauty. It's superb for outdoor activities like bushwalking in the nearby national parks, visiting local farms, or simply relaxing by the Yimbun Creek. The cooler weather makes it a pleasant time for couples looking for a tranquil escape to enjoy the scenery and local produce without the intensity of the summer heat.
Travellers seeking a more adventurous experience might also consider the shoulder months of April and November. While there's a slightly higher chance of rain, you'll often find fewer crowds and lush green landscapes after the wet season.
