"I've stayed at the Proximity Apartments before and have always been happy. The apartment we were offered this time did not face the Ocean but the water could be seen if you turned your head sideways when leaning on the balcony rail....:) Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay at these apartments again. The only slight issue (and it's not a big one) is that some of the items in the apartment could be replaced. The little indoor foldable clothesline was broken and there were some limitations with crockery options. But again very happy and would recommend Proximity Apartments to other travellers. "

"The whole process was fantastic from making the booking to changing the dates and the quick support when we reached out.The house itself is extremely well appointed and quiet.Everything has been considered down to the bathroom and kitchen amenities and the design additions of plants and feature pillows etc made it feel very homely.The Wifi was extremely fast and the on demand Foxtel was also very good.We have two little dogs that they welcomed and we found it very easy to have them there, being our first time taking them to new surroundings.Overall they are running a very good operation and I would definitely recommend Maisonnets as a really great operator."

"A pleasant and quite area close to amenities only a few minutes drive from Dolphins League club, Scarborough Marina and Woody Point which all have great restaurants and Cafeterias Rooms have air conditioning, fans and were clean and tidy"

"Very comfortable and pleasant. Great location, a good walk to beach and shops and cafes. Some clingwrap and foil and a small sharp knife in kitchen would have been useful. Otherwise, facilities very good. "
