The manager wrote to us asking if we had been jumping on the bed or other rough behaviour Abolsolutely offensive. He was inferring that we had broken the bed. He continued to contact us after we told him not to. He also said that becausewe complained about his manner that we were using that as leverage Even thou we hadn't asked for anything.
