Less than one roll of TP for 3 girls and no tissues for back up… only 2 wash cloths for 3 ppl.

Fabulous location and view. Room was well equipped and very comfortable. Had to ensure aircon was on otherwise floor was slippery wet if not. Assume from below unit's aircon as floor was cold and stayed really wet even when continually wiped. Parking is very tight and not much of it. Spa section of pool didn't work. Left lift not at floor level (L6 - almost broke my toe). Complex could use renovating/upgrade, however would stay again based on location and room comfort/view.

Room was not cleaned from priviest guest, management apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a comp meal and drink well we waited for our room to be flipped, we enjoyed our overall experience. staff was friendly and very help full.

Beds were very comfortable & views from Room were beautiful. There was a small kitchen which was great for a motel room. Room was modern BUT was very dirty. Doonas were stained, floor was dirty & furniture had dust & ingrained sand on them. Needed a good clean.

Going by the photos of this property, we upgraded to the premium room to make sure we got a very nice room for us and our family from England. As soon as we arrived you could tell it was a mistake. The property was run down and dirty. Walking into our room was a great disappointment. The only good thing about this property was the location. Our room roof was mouldy, the aircon was loud and kept us up all night, you can see around the aircon the entire wall was cracked wont belong before it falls off the wall, bathroom was mouldy, shower glass was barely staying in its frame, wont be long before it falls out and hurts someone. The pool is old and dated, hasnt been cleaned full of bugs, furniture covered in bird poo. We ended up moving to another accommodation that was alot cheaper for 2 nights then that we paid for 1 staying at this place. Definitely wouldnt recommend anyone staying here.

Great unit (304) that's been updated in a nice, simple way. Lovely view of the ocean, and a great location. (I would just suggest swapping the queen bed with the single, so that the queen is closest to the window / view!) Parking isn't great, but there is a fair amount of free street parking nearby.

They were No racks for our towels our hand towel. The bathroom door was not painted and was old and tacky and opened in a way which was inconvenient. There was no door handle on the bathroom door once completely closed. Decor was too much. There was barely any handwriting soap and the cutlery was at a minimum with blunt knife. Couldn’t get any applications or chrome cast to the TV. We have stayed at barbie before and it was good. Very disappointing and I’m future e we will not be staying there.

Balcony sliding door would not close properly which let in noise and interrupting sleep. It also is a security risk. Shower difficulty to gert into and out of and was slippery.

Would not recommend this hotel to anymore. The photos do not look anything like the rooms, The place was dirty, had mould and rust. The beds were extremely uncomfortable resulting in a sleepless night. Disappointing considering how much they charge you for a night and you get something so disgusting.

Room was very run down: rusty non working cooktop, one powerpoint for microwave, kettle & toaster; kettle & toaster had to be used on top of microwave so cord could reach powerpoint - wouldn't pass a safety inspection. Pillows were flat, lumpy pancakes. NO internet, despite advertised as having WiFi, and reception saying it was available in room when I asked. Reception closed at 5pm so couldn't follow-up non existent WiFi. Noisy in morning due to workmen on site. Onsite parking inadequate and difficult to access. Would not recommend this place!

Bayview towers is in the most Amazing location and has incredible view but the Bathroom in our room was appalling! Uneven tiles, unfinished paintwork and ridiculous sliding doors that did not close. Disappointing.

Location was fantastic and great views. Room was comfortable. Parking could possibly be an issue during peak season. There are only a handful of undercover car parking spaces and we had to park across the road which was not an issue as it was not busy.
