"Our stay at Noonaweena Biram Lodge was amazing. The property is stunning, the house is equipped with everything you need. The sauna and spa got a great work out. The peacocks and chickens added to the fun. We were a group of friends and our kids and the kids had the most amazing time and basically looked after themselves leaving us with so many activities (including ping pong) to really enjoy our time. What made it even better was the manager Adam who was just so accommodating and friendly and really went above and beyond to make our stay even better. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we will definitely be back. Thank you Adam and Sean and the whole team! "

"It was an authentic Aussie weekend away. Not all would appreciate the atmosphere, but we felt like a local & were well taken care of. The beds were clean & comfy & the food was excellent. Really appreciated the efforts of the owners & their staff. Thanks for having us."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. RANDOM PEOPLE ACCESS THE PROPERTY. EITHER THE OWNER OR THE PROPERTY MANAGER HAS GIVEN THE GATE CODE TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE AND THEY SIMPLY ENTER THE PROPERTY AND REFUSE TO LEAVE DESPITE YOU REPEATEDLY ASKING THEM TO. WHEN I CALLED THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER THEY SHE REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK WITH OWNER. THEY ALSO HUNG UP ON ME AND DID NOT CALL ME BACK. WITH ANY RESOLUTION. AFTER THIS ANOTHER TWO PEOPLE ENTERED THE PROPERTY WITHOUT NOTICE OR CONSENT. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. THE WAY WE WERE TREATED IS DISGRACEFUL. "

"Beautiful location, lovely surroundings and garden. I would imagine this is perfect in the summertime. We stayed in the winter and the additional cabins and pool room were extremely cold. It's wonderful that it is pet friendly but there are chickens and alpacas behind wooden fences so pls make sure your pets won't chase them as they can easily get under the fence. Lovely open fire - make sure you bring firewood though! Overall a lovely stay. Outdoor bath was a hit with our little ones. "

"Really loved the place! It’s a well loved country type home. Big enough for all of us and the kids had a ball!Only down sides were the oven didn’t work in the kitchen so had to try use the bbq as an oven and wish I’d known before hand as I planned meals around being able to use the oven. Wish it had a bigger fridge too! As of writing this the tavern and shops mentioned as close by are all permanently closed so we had to drive into singleton. These are all heads up type of things though as the house and whole property is beautiful so as long as you’re prepared you’ll love it! "
