We were travelling on a motorbike so it was good to have near by food and drinks right behind the hotel in walking distance plus the lake was very picturesque and peaceful - would highly recommend staying here"

"Sarah was a very responsive , warm host. The property is a little piece of heaven. The Shearer’s quarters was a unique awesome experience, just as described by the host on the website, we were very comfortable well lit up at night, loved the outdoor toilets adds to the authentic experience we were after. Luxuries in abundance at this property, peace, tranquility, calmness and connections to nature but if one is looking for materialistic luxuries leave this little piece of heaven off your list and don’t corrupt its beauty and authenticity.We had 9 children between us ages ranging from 6-16 they didn’t even know where their devices were , they just enjoyed being with and in nature.
