"Stayed here overnight along the Great Victorian Rail Trail and it was lovely. The place is closed on Mondays so I received a text with all check in information etc which was easy to follow. Room was lovely, shower pressure amazing. It would be nice to have sugar for the coffee, but that's a minor issue. Takeaways a few minutes walk for dinner and overall glad I stayed here."

"Awesome location, great views. Grab a book and relax in the hammock. Great house for a family or friends catch up. We loved the morning coffees and afternoon bubbles on the deck. Dogs loved hanging out on the deck and sniffs around the lake."

"Sarah was a very responsive , warm host. The property is a little piece of heaven. The Shearer’s quarters was a unique awesome experience, just as described by the host on the website, we were very comfortable well lit up at night, loved the outdoor toilets adds to the authentic experience we were after. Luxuries in abundance at this property, peace, tranquility, calmness and connections to nature but if one is looking for materialistic luxuries leave this little piece of heaven off your list and don’t corrupt its beauty and authenticity.We had 9 children between us ages ranging from 6-16 they didn’t even know where their devices were , they just enjoyed being with and in nature. "Very clean cabins and everything worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location and views were postcard quality. The wildlife in and around the park was great, kangaroos, wombats and many native birds just meters from your porch. Highly recommend"

"I really want to give 5 stars for this place- but unfortunately…,,,,The location and the house is stunning! But the let downs was the cleanliness. The spa was disgusting and had broken glass by the gate. Nearly every piece of cutlery, tray, plate and cup was dirty. No hand soap or dishwashing liquid. The first night no hot water. The fire pit is on a side of a hill- no chance for confit- and the house is 12 people- 3 double rooms 1 room with 4 bunks and a downstairs with 2 sofa beds. But no one can sleep downstairs as no curtains at all!For a property over 1k per night it was a little disappointing- but as mentioned the views were awesome!"
