"This was my first inclusive resort and I'm so glad I chose Hyatt Vivid. The staff was wonderful. I wish I could remember the name, but I can't. I went solo for my birthday. I had a mishap or misunderstanding, but Cristina, the manager, was the best and she was able to call and talk me through what happened. Now the seaweed at the beach was a lot which is natural for my understanding.i will visit again and I will be telling all my coworkers to stay here .I will be back again. Thank you for everything."

"The resort had a great layout. The rooms were clean and spacious with ampule amenities. It was well catered to all ages and a great spot for families with children. Lots of selection of places to eat with a wide variety of snack and al la cart restaurants. The food was consistent and delicious. The five swimming pools on site gave lots of options for places to hang out. The washroom facilities at the pools however were lacking as the was only one stall for the women. There would often be lineups when the pools were busy. Some of the pool loungers needed some tlc, particularly in the daisy section."

"The beach was lovely, while everyone around us had the cabanas ours had palm trees for shade instead which was really nice. Food was good for the most part, the Japanese and Italian restaurant were really good! The lunch buffet was definitely one of the stars, had a great variety of food that was really good. The steak house was okay, the fillet I had asked for medium was well done all around the edges and wasn’t medium up until the very middle of the steak. The bartenders were great, the cocktails of the day in the main lobby were phenomenal as well! Room service and staff were super friendly, we’ll definitely be coming back!"
