The property is fully furnished, however you will need to supply your own linen, towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

Quiet, beautifully cared for beach house

This wonderful house is directly across from the beach and very quiet - almost no traffic at all. An older style gem, it was immaculate and very well thought out - everything we needed was provided, esp. in the kitchen and bathroom. The decor enhances the beach vibe without being kitsch or cluttered. The guestbook attests to guests returning again and again-we hope to too! Town is friendly and laid back.

The house is comfortable, the beds are really comfortable, the house is clean. We had a wonderful time in Woodgate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented this house before as it is situated in my favourite part of the beach and has most things one could want. This trip, I noticed a lot more rust due to salt damage in all metal posts and a clothes line is no longer available. However, my stay, as always was most enjoyable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A modest little home for folk who need comfort without glamour, away from the madding crowds and retail clamour. We felt relaxed from day one. The early morning dips were invigorating and the beach and walking paths compelling us to get outdoors and soak up the natural sights and sounds. No shadows of high rise edifices to mar the vistas and may it remain that way forever! Shhhh! Our third visit and our favourite holiday destination. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful.

Furniture was in good condition House had plenty of utensils & extras (books, games etc). However,there was a power point (kitchen), light switch (hallway) & a door(front sliding) locks that need to be replaced .Ceiling fans would be an asset to the property for those days when there is no sea breeze ( especially in the bedrooms)Apart from those issues we enjoyed our stay at 49 Esplanade
