"The room was clean, The Front Desk was very helpful with the early morning Shuttle to the Airport. They also gave us a breakfast bag to go as we had to leave before breakfast hours. The little restaurant and bar also had good choices. "

"The room was almost spotless, one stray hair in the bathtub (not a great problem) and a very slightly stained pillowcase. An overly sweet and sickly smell in the reception area. Otherwise I was more than satisfied with this hotel. Grandchildren had fun in the pool. Reception staff were kind and very helpful. Room was lovely, king bed very comfy, elegantly made up. Bathroom spacious and well appointed with (wait for it) an actual bathtub. Felt very spoilt especially after spending 5 x as much on a rubbish hotel in Manhattan. Loved it. "

"The buffet was wonderful. It is worth the high price. The room was better than at most 3 star hotels. Public transportation is ok to Manhattan, but it takes a little over one hour. Shuttle to and from airport was great."
