Very nice hotel, clean with a friendly, helpful and accommodating personnel.very nice food as well we had only breakfast it was delicious. I highly recommend it for a visit and convenience to connect to the airport.

Wonderful front desk staff. After a cancelled flight and a quick reservation we were greeted by a lovely man that helped us get checked in and settled quickly on christmas eve. He even gave us 2 "welcome" gift bags for my 16 year old children. Definitely bags meant for kids under 10 but we had a blast with the goodies and the small gesture meant a lot. Room was spotless and modern. Easy shuttle back to the airport.

Staff are very good and professional. If you have to find a hotel near JFK, this is probably the best in this area. However, their HVAC system is so outdated and loud. It woke me up many times during the night and it’s frustrating. It’s so loud and I thought it’s a volcano eruption.

Clean and pleasant hotel that is great for layovers. Staff is very friendly. Located a fairly long distance from JFK pickup/dropoff points and awkwardly crammed into a residential neighborhood, but the shuttle service was reliable. Not overly generous with sundries; had to purchase toothbrush and toothpaste in lobby. Did not stay long enough to sample breakfast. Would book there again.

This hotel is very nice all-around. The restaurant at the hotel is nice with a friendly staff. It is in a residential area...not much outside of the hotel. Parking at the hotel is valet but expensive.
