Everything about our stay was excellent- most of all was the professionalism care and support demonstrated by Clarence at the Reception Desk - we only wish he was in the UK as wouldn’t hesitate to employ him. He along with Trent who kindly delivered me to Farmingdale train station and the super helpful breakfast serving staff, made it for a short but positively memorable stay!

Room was clean and spacious as were the facilities. The shower was hot and had excellent pressure. The soaps, lotions, shampoo and hair conditioner were high quality no need to pack them. Above all, I had a great night sleep.

Check was very easy and front desk staff allowed us for an early check in which was much appreciated. Lobby is lovely with lots of seating and despite a dozen weddings booked there that weekend, it was not loud or crowded. Would definitely stay again

The staff was great. I forgot toothpaste and was delighted to get some at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel had good food. The shuttle to my office was clutch as it was really cold that day. As long as that security deposit doesn’t show up on my bill i will have no complaints.

The rooms were nice. Beds were comfy. Lobby was great. Staff were all helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that while the lobby and entrance looked spectacular, I wish they had spent a bit more on upgrading the bathroom in the rooms. They certainly need a face lift.

The staff were all very courteous and friendly. The room, the lobby and the facilities were all clean and well maintained. However, the bathroom in the room needs to be updated. Also, on the morning we checked out the hot water ran out an only one of us was able to take a hot shower.

Nice hotel on spacious grounds. Staff was friendly and accommodating toward your needs. Loved the free shuttle service that would take you within a 5 mile distance from the hotel. My weekend stay was short but very enjoyable.

I stay at the Huntington Hilton was really convenient affordable the dining both breakfast dinner and lunch were really amazing. The pool surroundings was very comfortable and accommodating. The staff was super friendly and inviting.

Good hotel. I would say you need a car here but conveniently located as a base for exploring Long Island. Free parking and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Long Island is beautiful!

The Hilton is conveniently located with a lot of dining options nearby, which has helped when visiting friends and family in the area. The breakfast available in the lobby is excellent as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's overall a great place to stay.

Gus, the GM overheard my conversation with the front desk regarding the worn furniture in our room, and a $ room security deposit for our stay for damages. As I showed the photos to the person at reception after our first night, Gus intervened. In a most polite manner, he introduced himself, handed me his card, and offered to change our room with a significant upgrade. At first I declined, however, he wanted us to be happy, and explained the hotel is undergoing major renovations, albeit it takes time. I still remember his words, “People check in as guests, and check out as friends “. Although he alone cannot alter the Hilton corporate plans; yet locally onsite he and his staff understand customer satisfaction. Bravo!!

The room seemed old and dated. The air was inconsistent, it was too hot or to cold. The windows were very hard to open and close. The refrigerator did not work. Some of the electric outlets did not work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. That would be the only reason I would consider returning.

When I checked in, the receptionist at the front desk firgit to give me food vouchers which I prepaid for prior to coming. However, the was another receptionist who corrected the oversight later that evening. The staff was hospitable and courteous. Rooms were very clean and spacious. An extra blanket for cool nights would be appreciated.
