"Easy to find from airport take bart walk 2mins. It’s just next trader Jose. Hotel is good and clean. In the outside of the hotel on the street there is the bus station. Cross the rode is the bart and muni. Easy to get public transportation but now there’s too much homeless on the street. You can smell the peeling everywhere. I don’t know if I will come back to SF downtown? Hotel is nice. But not recommend for trip."

"Location is great, close to downtown/ chinatown/ferry building. Staff was friendly and helpful. The floors are mostly carpeted and halls are dimly lit. The lobby is small but nice. We were on the 7th floor but could still hear some traffic from the street. We could also hear the neighbors opening/closing their doors and people talking in the hallways. In addition the HVAC system works well but was noisy. The bathroom was small but the shower smaller. The shower is so narrow that you can hardly put your elbows out. Recommend taking advantage of the coffee/tea and wine hours. Also highly recommend using the White House Garage for parking a block up. It was well lit, clean and has loud music playing. The lanes are a bit narrow but if you have a smaller car, no problem. The parking here is about half the price as at the hotel. "

"This hotel does not give you a luxury 5 star feel. When asked why our door dash order could not be brought up by room service, front desk staff claimed hotel does not provide this as it is a 4 star. This is wrongly listed as 5 star. Breakfast was overly priced for cold buffet"
