Room was ok. Original room booked wasn't ready when we arrived but it was ok. Staff was friendly. But I would bring airfreshner or a travel air purifier. Our whole floor and the 2nd floor smelled like pot. We were in a hurry so we only had time to check in, change and go. But for the price, it was what it was. Good location, walking distance to BART. Ok overall

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to stay because I was not feeling safe due to enclosed space and there was no window to allow air into the room. I was feeling claustrophobic. Lots of potential and needs improvements. It was also very noisy due to motorists. This place is not ideal for people who don’t like noise. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
