"We were given an unlockable room and the only access to this room was through another bedroom that was in use. This was not safe in our opinion. We had our 2 teenage daughters with us and their beds were mattresses on the floor. There was no hot tub. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were not clean. We did not stay there even after paying over £500 and the hosts were rude to us over WhatsApp messages when we said we wouldn’t be staying there. "

"The flat is conveniently located 5 minutes from Kings Cross, and easy to find. Entry was good, secured with a digital lock. It is located on the 1st floor (2nd for Americans). It was clean and tidy. It is two bedrooms (larger one with a bed and corner sofa; smaller one with a desk and chair), a kitchen/dining area, and the bathroom (shower, no tub). "We loved our stay! The stairs could have been too much for someone with mobility issues, but we made it work. The spacious view over the park was lovely and the home was quiet, clean, well appointed and in good repair. We didn’t have a car, but we used uber eats for breakfast and had dinner before we came home. I would absolutely stay again at this home. "
