"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great — within easy walking distance to Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace, with plenty of options for breakfast, dinner, and shopping. The beach was beautiful, calm, and protected, which made it perfect for swimming. The pools were great as well. "Hotel was wonderful, Kiana at concierge helped out with our questions & Kimiko check us in. we stayed 2 days 1 nights. we landed at 6 but the hotel accommodated us let us check in early and use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. when we checked out at 10am the next day, our flight wasn’t till 6pm, they offered to hold our bags & offered us a hospitality room for an hour so we could at least shower before our flight. Such awesome service!"

It was very easy to communicate with the host. There were some things that made the stay feel cheaper, like cold/fluorescent feeling lighting and polyester sheets. But if you don’t mind those things, this place was great! We would return."

"I travel to the Big Island for work several times a year, and my wife and I always love staying at the Golf Villas. The Mauna Lani resort area is hands-down the spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet, beautiful scenery, incredible beaches with great snorkeling and swimming, while still being close to pretty much everything.All of the units are independently owned, and on this last trip the owners, Dean and Marsha, were incredible. I arrived the day before Hurricane Lala hit and was working down in South Kona, where we had no power that weekend. When we checked into the condo on Monday, it was amazing to finally settle into such a beautiful, comfortable place.The unit has everything you could want or need—washer and dryer, access to the private beach club, plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, and all the little things that make traveling easier.But honestly, the best part was the aloha and communication from Dean and Marsha and their local contact on the island. They were incredibly welcoming and responsive.I’ll definitely be back. Since I travel to the Big Island regularly for work, this will absolutely be the unit I try to stay in from now on. Highly recommended!"

"The house was as advertised and in a safe neighborhood with convenient location close to shops, grocery store, and several beaches not too far from Kona. The house is spacious and comfortable with very well stocked kitchen. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space are great to relax in. The hot tub does take about an hour to get “ hot” but just plan ahead for it. We very much enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your Hawaii home with us!"
