"Lovely property with nice amenities. My wife was stuck in an elevator. No one responded to her pressing the alarms in the elevator, nor did anyone respond to her calls on the elevator phone for at least 10 minutes. She called me on her cell phone and I walked to the front desk to report the issue. Only then was there a response. The maintenance person who responded was not very polite - his comment to my wife was that she should "calm down." We were surprised that no one from management followed up with us. A plate of fruit was delivered to our room - as we were checking out."

We checked out the nearby resort which was beautiful but we feel like we got the better deal because we had two rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a washer and dryer, an outdoor area with a grill and a private garage."

"We had a great stay at this lovely property! It was the perfect set up for our family group and we all really enjoyed the beach club, pool and grounds! The house had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels and chairs for the beach. We’d definitely come back! "
