"This was the PERFECT home for our recent stay on the Big Island. The home was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The amenities in the community were fabulous and the access to the Hilton Waikoloa benefits was a huge bonus! The amount of beach and pool equipment available in the garage made for very happy parents and kids and made it so we did not have to pack or purchase equipment for any activities we did across the island (snorkeling, swimming, hanging on the beach, hiking and picnics). What a dream! I also cannot say enough good things about Michelle! She was so wonderful helping us come up with a plan to access some of the benefits on the day of our arrival and with checking in prior to our arrival and after we left! We will absolutely be back. "

"The unit has great views of the 3rd hole on the lakes course. Everything was very clean and exactly as advertised. We had a couple questions for the host and he answered them same day. "The unit was lovely and well equipped. I enjoyed the Mountain View’s from the large windows. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The only problem we had was the ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator door were broken. I definitely recommend this unit. "
