"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great — within easy walking distance to Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace, with plenty of options for breakfast, dinner, and shopping. "Hotel was wonderful, Kiana at concierge helped out with our questions & Kimiko check us in. we stayed 2 days 1 nights. we landed at 6 but the hotel accommodated us let us check in early and use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. when we checked out at 10am the next day, our flight wasn’t till 6pm, they offered to hold our bags & offered us a hospitality room for an hour so we could at least shower before our flight. Such awesome service!"
