"We had a great stay at Hilton Waikoloa Village. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. While the property is beautiful, it could use some cosmetic updates. We noticed areas where the pool coping was missing, and some doors could benefit from better caulking, fresh paint, and general upkeep. Nui Italian was a fantastic restaurant, and the bar staff was outstanding, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, especially considering we were there during Hurricane Nolo. Despite the weather challenges, the staff worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. We would gladly return and look forward to seeing some of the property's maintenance improvements in the future."

"Great property. They had two double beds in one room. A king in the other. New appliances. They had a rice cooker! Icemaker in the fridge. They have a garage which was helpful. They had lots of boogey boards and beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys to take to the beach. Much more than they mention in the listing (possibly guests leaving over time!). There starter kit was way better than most VRBOs. They had laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and much more. More than we needed for the week. The two pools were very nice with a hot tub. The pool was well heated. You can walk to shopping, grocery, and restaurants, or a quick drive. There is a public beach very close, or you can explore all the amazing ones on the island. The Hilton Pool access is a nice add. We did that one day - all the beaches were closed because of a hurricane - so it was a nice option. They have grills by the pool you can use. Resortica Hawaii does a great job communicating. I wasn't paying attention and I foolishly closed the garage with the garage opener in the car and closed it with the keypad (we did not have the code). And they responded by text early before the office opened with the code. We ended up asking for a late checkout since we had a red eye, and paid a reasonable fee for that. Very helpful! If you have not been to the Big Island or Waikoloa beach before, you should know this area is the perfect place to stay and explore the island."

"The host was extremely responsive and the property was lovely. The view of the golf course, the spacious bedrooms, nice well appointed kitchen and bathrooms made this a lovely stay. We were very happy and give this unit a 5 Star rating. The pool was very close and a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub. There was an elevator which made it nice for my elderly family. You won't be disappointed."

"This villa was very nice. Felt very luxurious! I was sad to see that there were no kitchen staples like cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. I was hoping someone before us would have left some behind but it was ok. It wasn’t a big deal. We were thankful for the beach chairs and a cooler. Couldn’t park in the garage because the owners had their personal bikes locked up and they took up the extra room needed to park in there. The beds were very comfortable but the twin beds were very squeaky when you moved. The whole experience was great though! We would definitely stay there again!"

The only complaint we had was the bed in the guest room was uncomfortably hard. Two twin beds pushed together, and could use a mattress topper or something to make it comfortable."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Quiet Top-Floor Penthouse with Golf Course Views from January 25 through March 31, 2026. This three-bedroom condo was the perfect home base for our extended stay on the Big Island.The location in Waikoloa Beach Resort is fantastic—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach, and an ideal base for exploring the entire island. It’s also a walker and runner’s dream, with sidewalks throughout the resort. I enjoyed a morning run every day!The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed for our entire stay. We especially enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course, where we loved sitting and watching the golfers.The amenities were excellent, including a beautiful pool, open-air weight room, ample parking, and community gas grills. We made great use of the grills to prepare some of the fresh fish we purchased locally.The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and quick to address anything that came up. That made our long stay especially comfortable.We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Big Island. The location, accommodations, amenities, and attentive owner made for a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!"
