"Great view. Room needs some TLC. Bathroom door didn’t work and needed some TLC. Bed was clean, comfortable and spacious."

"Such a welcoming boutique hotel with the open air feel of an old Hawaii resort. Lots of tropical gardens, wood featured walls and floors. Lovely pool and reception areas. Rooms are basic and not quiet but the open air features made it all worth it. Bed was sufficient. Very Clean. Beautiful bay views and coi pond to sit by. Easy walk to town and airport so close. Such attentive staff. I will totally stay here again. "

"A wonderful home with unique layout and thoughtful design throughout. Comfortable and inviting. Good location near Volcano village and Nt'l Park though a bit hard to find on bumpy side road. Great spaces to sit outdoors. Kids stayed downstairs. Separate outdoor entrance for downstairs bedroom and bath which was fine for us but may not be for families with younger kids. All in all we loved the place."

"Amazing location for Volcano National Park. We loved this house but we were hardly there! We booked two nights but explored on our road trip there so much that we got there late. Then the next day we hiked 8 miles in The park. It was great to come back to that hot tub. The house is gorgeous and worked great for our family of four adults. Wish we had more time here. So peaceful!"

"Friendly staff at checkin, beautiful room with fireplace, and the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. The grounds are gorgeous and we woke up to chirping birds. Definitely happy and would rebook!"

"Check-in was easy. Follow the clear directions in the provided envelope at the front door. The room had more of a rustic feel/look which added to the charm of the place. Our room was clean and comfortable. The area around the property is free from any road noise. The back of the property is a wooded area. The birds and rain/mist were constant. Again, we didn't mind as it added to the overall experience. Speaking of the wooded area, we did notice just a couple of pieces of debris/trash that had not been cleaned up but that can be easily fixed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."
