"Ana at the front desk was so very helpful and kind. When we checked in the room we were given wasn't what we had reserved, so Ana went out of her way to be sure we had a room with a marina view, which was the only reason we were there. It made our stay just exactly what we were looking for."

"small hotel, we come often and stay here because we have family in ventura. popular restaurant ( great food) that many locals come to eat lunch and dinner which is located by the hotel pool which we had to get used to… Views are fabulous, rooms very clean nothing fancy, beds comfortable , since small hotel and not many rooms therefore front desk has limited hours. "Haley was outstanding. In fact She was the reason we stayed! I incorrectly chose the wrong room and had no clue until i went to check-in. When asked if they had other options to for me, And someone in the back, said "no" quickly. I went outside to look for other hotels when Haley waived me back inside. She let me know that she had double checked to confirm other options and in-fact, one was left . She saved the day, got me a room. And I made to an important business conference with much less stress going into it thanks to her! "
