I stayed for one week and I’ve stayed there before. Staff has always been incredibly helpful. The place is always clean even though it is very busy. It seems to be well organized. I plan on staying there in the future.

Good: It's really close to the beach and seaward district. Room was clean. No noisy neighbors. Bed was comfortable. Refrig and a/c worked. Parking was sufficient. Not so good: Parts of shower were really worn--bar for disabled should be replaced as well as floor. Noticed that there was a section of the motel for smokers so if you want a completely smoke free motel, this isn't it. Staff was helpful but not very friendly.

The room was clean but you get what you pay for, and in this case it wasn't much!! The bed was hard, the pillows were like flat pancakes, the sink had very little water pressure. I couldn't wash my face. The air conditioner kept the room cool. However, it sounded like a plane was landing every time it came on. Very noisy above us. Sounded like they were pounding on the floor. Very noisy outside during the night. The room was very old and rundown. The staff was nice enough and helpful when needed. We won't stay there again.

The site was well maintained and clean as was the room. There is a McDonalds very close by for morning coffee, and Seaward avenue restaurants and the beach are just a few minutes walk away. Great, inexpensive place to stay for a visit to Ventura.
