The check-in process was quite disorganized, with long waiting times and a lack of clear direction from staff. After a long journey, this made the arrival unnecessarily stressful and far from welcoming. Additionally, while not a major concern, the room did not include a fridge, which would have been a helpful convenience. More importantly, I was surprised to find that even basic items such as blankets were not readily available in the room and had to be requested separately. This was inconvenient and not in line with the level of comfort I expected. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve these aspects of your service for future guests. "Hard time with the self parking as it didn't give me a ticket so I had to call and ended with a line behind me. Room smelled. Not many waitresses in the casino. Friendly staff!!"
