"Check-in wasn’t the best. I was supposed to be upgraded but it never went through. Our bed had stains on pillow and the bed. No fridge, couldn’t find the safe until last night of stay. Stains on the wall. They really make sure you wouldn’t want to stay in the room. The hotel smoke was terrible. I wouldn’t stay again. Only why I stayed was because we were with another couple. The food was expensive in the food court but if you went to mandalay next door the food was cheaper by 30-40%."

"Our room was clean and well-maintained. It didn't have the stink of cigarettes. No complaints for the reasonable price we paid. Just wish the parking and resort fees were lower, but this is true for most Vegas properties."

"It’s a beautiful property, and the check-in process was easy and smooth. The staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I was there celebrating my birthday, and during my stay, I kept walking past a restaurant that caught my eye—it was so beautiful. I later realized it was named after a show I used to watch called Vanderpump. I decided to stop in and sit at the bar, where I ordered my usual margarita. During a conversation, I mentioned that it was my birthday, and the bartender kindly offered to make me a special birthday drink instead. After preparing it, she and a couple sitting next to me wished me a happy birthday, which truly made my day. On top of that, the drink was absolutely delicious! I only wish I knew how to add a picture to share."

"Paid for early check in which never happened - They refuse to refund. Double charged for resort fees, they refuse to refund. Bathroom floor upon checking in was littered with dental floss threads. Closet and dresser drawers had curly blonde hairs in them... I have dark brown hair. Rude staffing at Como bar at the pool - Took our table away after waiting 45 minutes. It took 7 business days to even get a reply from the hotel. Housekeeping...if they came.... was always late in the day. The phone in the room did not work/unplugged...nobody ever came to fix it. So I had to search for a working phone in the elevator lobby to have my luggage brought up (Only one worked)...And $70 for coffee room service?"
