"Fabulous location but no longer lives up to the 5 star hotel it should be and still charges. Being local, I would not consider this hotel again. Not well maintained and a smell that would appear to be grotty carpets. Not impressed, very disappointed"

"Don’t stay here. It’s like being in prison. There is nothing “hotel” about it. Dirty room, covered with mould and stains and rust. Bathroom is just disgusting with shower that constantly drips, shower curtain that is disgusting, rust, dirt, hair. Who knows what diseases are in there. A/C may as well not exist. Room is so hot even with whatever ac unit it is turned on and fan on. Beds smell. Extra pillows were given but definitely had not been laundered, smelt dirty and unwashed. Honestly stay away. We were three people staying in a room and one left early to check into the Novotel. The other two were checking out the next day anyway and left early to go sit at the airport. Towels were dirty. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It’s just grim, prison like, hot, dirty, stuffy, mouldy and rusty."

"Clean, quiet and conveniently located! I spent a week at the Flynn and appreciated all of the amenities, the proximity to great food options and activities, especially the esplanade. My room was quiet and comfortable with amenities like robes and slippers and nespresso coffee and milk refreshed as needed."

"The breakfast was comprehensive, fresh and delicious and the staff were hospitable, efficient and polite. My room was clean and comfortable plus had a lovely view over the adjacent marina, water and nearby forested hinterland."
