"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "
"Loved the location, it was close to not one but two train stations and was within walking distance to many museums. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean. Could use with a little updating but nothing too serious. "

"A really wonderful stay for one night after travelling. We were travel weary and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a little old fashioned and the bath took a long while to run, however the shower was powerful and hot which was excellent. Toiletries were very good; showers cap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body milk and body lotion. Tea and coffee, milk and kettle provided.
On the downside, I sent two messages several days before arrival asking if we could leave our luggage before arriving several hours before check in time but did not receive a response. Check in and check out were online and that personal touch was lost, however it does make the process more efficient would imagine. We did check in early but room wasn’t ready (as expected) and we left our luggage so we could go and enjoy our day. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. When we did come back to collect the key we weren’t advised about hotel facilities or breakfast options which was a shame. We had a croissant and coffee in the coffee shop the morning of departure but it seems a breakfast was available at a good price in The Green Stag on the premises. Location was excellent. Nearer to High Street Kensington than we thought on the map. Lovely area. We would definitely stay again. "
"Room was clean and well decorated. The bathroom was a good size, with a nice sink and shower. Plenty of towels and more available upon request. Cleaning was once time mid week, but additional cleaning could be requested. Fantastic food onsite. Location was easy for transport. "
"Stayed for 8 nights and slept well each and every night! The hotel is renovated and super clean. We appreciated the microwave, coffee machine and toaster in the lobby.
Not a detractor, but the shampoo they provide is a three-in-one combo with body wash. I can’t wash my hair with body wash so I had to buy shampoo from the Sainsbury Local. Just a note so other guests can come prepared.
The staff were all lovely and the location was so convenient- food and grocery just steps away, plus the tube station just 5 minutes down the road."
"The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were hospitable, some went above and beyond. The shops, laundromat, dining and transport were all accessible."
