"Large hotel in a great location for London. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Some of the group I travelled with had rooms with more amenities than others like a coffee machine and kettle where others just had a kettle. The electricity points need updating - USB points in the bed head only work when the main light is on so you cannot charge USB items overnight without a 3 pin plug (or the light on). My bathroom could have done with a bit of an upgrade particularly the tiling. We didn’t have any food at the hotel but lots of choice around the hotel if you want to venture out."
