"Comfortable room and the hotel is strategically located."

"This hotel is upstairs from a loud, busy restaurant. The garden-facing studio was mostly quiet except for the outrageously loud party downstairs one afternoon/night, when their music 's bass vibrated in the walls on the 3rd floor. The D.J., party organizer, and 2 hotel employees refused to adjust it, and acted like I was the problem for asking them to turn it down. ("They paid for it;" as if the $1000 I'd paid for 5 nights did not count.) What was lacking was courtesy, consideration for hotel guests, and a manager who cared about people staying in the rooms. The lobby and restaurant look beautiful in photos, but a perfumed air freshener is spread by 'diffusers;' so the smell is kind of sickening to walk through. Other than that, it was a good location. Cromwell St. is noisy, but rooms facing away are quieter. "
