Staffs are super professional and friendly. Room is cleaned and water replenished everyday. The staff even organized my daughter’s stuffy on the bed. Super sweet!

Nice option for London stay

This hotel is in a great location with rooms that are larger thank many other options in London. Beds are comfortable and great water pressure in the shower! Appreciate tge room service option too.

Nice stay for a family, I found very interesting the lounge option which can allow you to chill out after a long walk in London. The room was quiet, the bathroom well renovated. Only drawback the windows that are old and allow cold and humidity to enter. We were freezing during the night.
