Very convenient location near Earls Court underground. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked well. However, the room and the en suite were very cramped and the decor in the hotel generally was old and a bit shabby. The restaurant was being refurbished and unavailable.

The building was under re-construction with a very small temporary entry that had limited ceiling height. I bumped my head on the way in. The first room had smokers in there previously and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The second room they moved us to did not have a working phone or tv. The third room was better. The primary lift is also extremely slow.

Das hotel findet sich in eine sehr gute Lage. In der nähe zu U-bahn und alle Einkauf möglichkeiten. Hotel personal waren höflich und freundlich. Aber die Bilder an der Webseite von Expedia stimmen überhaupt nicht. Da war kein Restaurant, kein Fitnessraum und Lobby. Das muss aktualisiert werden, sonst es ist umtäuschend. Deswegen ist preis-leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht.
