Friendly and helpful staff (They allow us to place our luggage in a secure location when we got there 4 hours ahead of check-in time, gave us a text message when we could check in, lend us umbrella when it rain outside, and advise us on the area's attraction to suit our need, plus called taxi for us when we check out and even turn down tip when we offered). Efficient, Comfortable, but no frill stay (Of course that comes with a reasonable price!). "
