Great stay, great location ..

We had a two night stay after our cruise from India and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The girl on reception was excellent and the service first class. It is in a great location with all services very close by and just down the road from Chinatown.

The hotel did not look like much from the outside. The inside was simple but tasteful. The room was also simple but tasteful, well put together, functional and spacious. We appreciated the artful simplicity. Location was perfect. Walkable to food courts and MRT. Perfectly located. Great value for price. Staff were very helpful, courteous, kind and discrete. Great Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Great location

The hotel is newly renovated in good conditions. Location is very convenient and opposite to MRT station. The famous Maxwell Hawker Market and Chinatown are just within walking distance. Only need to pay around $30 for getting a grab cab to the airport.

The only problem was the shower hose was leaking making it rather unpleasant when having a wash with water splashing over one's face when not mounting the shower on its bracket. The door for the shower cubicle tends to brush the shower mat out of the way when one comes out of the shower unit. A fault of the design of the shower cubicle. I wish the cups in the room are bigger for drinking tea and disappointing with such a small kettle. I don't particularly like the reclining couch which is impractical for two people to sit on and an extra chair would be more helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent being so close to the MRT and lots of eating places around.

Ive stayed here many times. Its the best location for the MRT, boutique restaurants and cafes, for walking to most places. Most of all its quiet, safe and clean. The staff here are also lovely. Recommend!

오키드 호텔 추천합니다

싱가포르 여행은 처음이어서 숙소를 어디하면 좋을까 고민을 많이 했는데, 결론적으로 아주 좋았습니다 :) 역 바로 앞에 있어서 어디든 가기 편리했고 걸어다니기도 좋아서, 저는 주로 걸어서 잘 다녔습니다~! 프론트에 한국분 계셔서 너무 편했고 유심 등록하는 것도 열심히 도와주셔서 감사했습니다 ㅎㅎ 3박했고 수영장은 아침에 2번 이용했는데, 두번 모두 이용하시는 분들이 없어서 친구랑 둘이서 전세내고 이용했네요..ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 여행가면 오키드호텔 선택할 거 같아요~!
