"Beautiful quiet clean room, lovely surroundings and great restaurants nearby."

"I understand that the place is very old, but I can't tolerate the lack if cleanliness. The carpet was old and full of dtains, my bedside table hadn't been dusted for weeks, something had been spilled on the front of the fridge, and inside the fridge, 1 spare blanket had stuff stuck to it and needed washing, and the whole placed smelled musty and nasty. A little TLC and the place could be nice."

"We were blessed to enjoy the cabin that had thoughtful touches like automatic lighting ,very clean, well supplied with utensils and over all a most pleasing stay. The only thing I would have liked to have spoken to the owner as I could not close the key box and have apparently left a pouch for my rain coat there I think. We congratulate the Owners but met no one to speak with. "

"The cabin is equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful couple of days away, including a cooktop, dishwasher and spa bath. The views over the western escarpment are just magnificent. The location is close enough to the town centre to be convenient, but far enough to enjoy the serenity of the landscapes. "

"Poor. House itself was fine but 2 bathrooms are not enough for a house that sleeps 12. One bathroom was an ensuite. Outside of the house was very poorly maintained, lawn needed mowing, hot tub had mould, and outside very untidy. fireplace but no firewood. We have stayed in much better houses."
