"Staff was unhelpful during check-in. Did not mention many things - i did not know that breakfast was provided and she was in a rush to get rid of me. No toothpaste or toiletries or microwave. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbours clearly. Reception is a drive away from room which is not helpful. Room was clean though"

"Left 5-10min after checkin Room smelt,wasn’t clean or comfortable Could not stay for the 2 nights we intended on staying for ,booked this place as it was close to the football but pictures weren’t what the place looked like ,it was rundown and when asked for refund we were told to cancel through Wotif and they’d give us half our money back but they then denied that and gave us nothing so would not recommend it to anyone ,so very disappointed ,but happy with the Rydges accomodation we proceeded to 100% everything we wanted "
