"We saw this hotel online and were looking to get the most value out of my OneKey points. We knew it wasn't a top-tier hotel, but we stopped by ahead of our stay dates to see the rooms and decided we would give it a try, mostly because it offered free parking for our four-night stay. Everything was fine until 7:30pm on our third night when the AC stopped working. No one was there to service it and they asked us to move to another room. I personally expected the management to offer us one night off our bill, but they offered neither that nor an added night for the inconvenience of having to pack all our things up, plenty of stuff in the fridge too, and move in the middle of the evening. That's it."

"Extremely old. Pool looked disgusting. Tiny beds. Blankets as thin as sheets with holes in them. Very rundown. Construction everywhere. Not like the pictures at all. It worked for a one night stay while waiting to get on a cruise. Will not stay here again."
