"The service was incredible! Big shout out to michaelangel! Super nice , very efficient and took care of us like a real gentleman. Thats what did for me the whole experience! Ask for him at the reception or at check in he might be soon manager/director of this hotel! Hotel is clean, very nice lobby , pools are well maintained.. 0 complaints i recommend and i will be back!"

"I planned my trip to Miami the day before I left and spent 13 hours traveling. I had two rooms, the first room offered a mini fridge, microwave, toasters, and a coffee pot and is sure to accommodate travelers with shorter stays and/or enjoys dining out. With travel prices so high, I knew that we would need cooking space and a larger fridge. That’s where the helpful associates and property manager comes in. As luck would have it, a room with a kitchenette became available the very next day! Kudos to the cleaning staff, they were able to turnover the space in no time and the maintenance man even helped me move my luggage to my new room. We enjoyed our accommodations and love being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and nearby stores. Perfect location!!"

"Visually, the hotel is very appealing and well maintained. I’ve stayed there several times since 2026 and I’m disappointed that the bathrooms have mold in the shower and on the tile. We had to wear flip flops in our room because the floors were dirty. The location is perfect for my wife and I because our granddaughters, son and daughter in law live at Normandy Shores."
