"Staff were excellent! Check in was a breeze. Drawbacks included the elevators that were not working properly. 25 minutes waiting to have it packed then having to wait for another elevator for another 15. Looking at the reviews, this has been an ongoing issue for the past few years. I think there is a weight capacity for elevators and when I say packed, they are packed over capacity. The room was tiny, consisting of a bed and a small desk. Nothing else and it was tight. No room whatsoever to move about the room or get dressed. The balcony is a joke that couldn’t be enjoyed at all. You couldn’t pull the small desk chair outside because it was so narrow stepping out. There was no seating provided on the balcony. For the price of this tiny room with no balcony you would be better served doing more research. "

"Not deserving if Ritz Carlton name ot brand. Third stag here and each was worse than before. Property is magnificent but it is an ownership, management and training problem. Have stayed at Ritz Carltons all over the world and this is worst managed property. Made us wait for room until 5 minutes before 4 pm check in. Said hotel was fully booked which was a lie. Website showed 6 room categories immediately available gor our entire stat. Awakened at 7 am my maintenance workers talking outside our room. Gangsta rap videos playing loudly at pool bar. Just a poorly managed oroperty at every level. "

"The room I had overlooked the beach, which was certainly a nice aspect. The overall hotel aesthetic is nice. Every single staff was extremely nice and helpful. The property was undergoing some construction, which could be heard throughout the day, unfortunately. The walls are paper thin and hearing other guests was a little frustrating. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door and there was a gap between it and the wall creating privacy issues. The restaurant lacks food options and, what is available, is overpriced. "

"We stayed 2 nights So the breakfast is very very poor you only have break cheese and coffee no fruit no nothing No more orange juice by 8.30am and they didn’t add more for the next morning Wi fi is terrible only going to work for few minutes that’s it Staff don’t really care much we came early at 2pm and we’re ready to wait until 4 time the room was supposed to be ready they were supposed to call us we were by the pool room was ready at 5pm we never got call we had to ask several times Only one elevator is working Room old not update View and beach very nice We won’t come back we can find better for the same price with real breakfast "

"The rooms did not look as nice as the pictures. The $20 resort fee doesn’t make sense as it is not a resort, and does not have any amenities that reflect such. There was hair and dirt everywhere when we entered the room. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. The only positive was the front desk attendant was friendly."

"I stayed in the second building, so i had to walk from the first after check in, there is parking close across the street from the second building, however i was on foot and had to walk from the first at 5am in the morning not ideal, but i wasnt aware. The room itself was spotless, separate dinning area and kitchen, large clean room and a very quiet area. I can't fault the room or facilities everything in that regard was perfect. The pool doesn't have much room around it, but this is clear in the pictures, however they do have sunbeds and theyve made the most of the little room they have. My flight was 8 hours delayed and the hotel were very accommodating given my arrival time ended up being the next day. I would recommend emailing them rather than messaging via contact tab on here tho."

"Good if modest place to stay at in Miami Beach. Best to have a car, as eateries and other things are not close by. But the beach is a short walk."

"The instructions we were given as to where to check in the hotel were wrong. We had to walk about 5 blocks from where the emailed instructions we received told Us to go and then the check In process was very slow and hot!!!!! Room was nice and great location once we got settled. "
