"The lobby is beautiful and the property (amenities, pool, beach, etc) and rooms are all very clean and nice. The staff is also very helpful and friendly too. Great view of the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Enjoyed our stay!"

"This is a nasty hotel. My room's ceiling in the bedroom leaked so the bed had a big wet spot in the middle of the bed. They gave me a different room but it was dirty and sheets were stained. The staff was horrible. They charged us an extra for a resort fee and I still had to wait till almost 5 pm for my room to be ready The pool is very small and dirty. "

Had to switch rooms. 3 times. 1st room the curtains didn’t cover the windows the second room had no hot water the 3 room had no sheets or blankets until asked for and the outlets didn’t work AND all 3 rooms the TV didn’t work !!! I wanted to come home immediately "

"The room was great, but the staff seemed generally disinterested in the patrons. The conceierge for example, barely spoke English and couldn't answer simple questions about the area. The pool needed to be cleaned more regularly and the guy running the cabana/towel stand disappeared on a regular basis."
