The office had booked me in for the wrong day, and to make things worse, the hire van I was driving had a faulty key — with my locked phone still inside! Olivia didn’t hesitate to step in. She used her personal phone to help search for a solution, and thanks to her calm and proactive attitude, we managed to get it sorted. She was absolutely brilliant — a real asset to the Village team! "Had a lovely time food in the bear pub and the bistro excellent staff friendly the only bad comment I have is I do not appreciate dogs being the the eating areas I was aware that the hotel was dog friendly but I really don’t think they should be where people are eating surely they should leave the dog or dogs in their rooms while dining "

"A great place to stay for the NEC. Emma was particularly helpful as we had booked a second night later in my partner’s name, which looked complicated! Parking was also excellent, with easy walk to NEC. And excellent breakfasts- what more could you want?! We’ll be back."
