Amazing room and amazing hotel. If you can stay in the old part it is truly magical. Staff very attentive. Great breakfast. If you get a chance to eat at the Woodsman restaurant you should, the food is wonderful. All in all, a brilliant place to stay.

Room and bathroom spacious and comfortable. Staff wonderful, restaurants, bars and lounges were plentiful and we loved the authentic timber construction and decor throughout the old areas of the hotel. Our only “complaint” was the overwhelming aromatherapy in the lobby, but it was Christmas-time so… to be expected? Overall a perfect location for visiting River Avon and historic Stratford.

There is nothing that I can fault with this hotel. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel! Very comfortable bed and bedding. Room and bathroom absolutely lovely decor and clean. Lots of places in the hotel to sit and enjoy. So close to the town and tourist spots. If I had to say one negative our room was a little small - stepping around our bags all the time.

Lovely stay
