Inn was very well located. I was able to walk to everything. Room was clean and cozy. Steep, narrow stairs were somewhat difficult to navigate for old person with a cane.

Room was newly decorated and clean. Plenty of coffee and tea sachets to go with kettle. Iron and ironing board provided plus toiletries. Old building so for those with mobility issues, would recommend room 7 on ground floor. Personally, myself and my wife had difficulty with uneven staircase, especially with a case. Staff pleasant and food very good.

The room and especially the bathroom needs refurbishing. The staff is friendly and very helpful, really can’t fault them. Hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk to anywhere you want to go.

beautiful house in historical town-centre

Excellent accommodation, just a few minutes away from the station. It's in the historical centre of this beautiful town. The room was clean and check-in and cash payment was easily done. I'd book it again next time I'll go to Stratford-upon-Avon.

On entering you see a good bar and eating area (kitchen was closed during our stay) but the location near the end of the High Street put many of the towns other pubs and eateries close to the hotel. Car parking was at the NCP just around the back. As to be expected in such an old building, it had many quirky features, but the room had everything we needed and we got a few good nights sleep.

Basic, mouldy bathroom, but good service

Room itself was comfortable and service was friendly, helpful and efficient. However the room and bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was quite a lot of mould in the bathroom. The mould might be old staining rather than active, but it's not a good look!

As a solo traveller for 1 night, it was ok for the price . I was in a single room which was clean with all that I required. My main concern was the noise from outside ( nothing to do with The Queens Head or customers ) . I was in room 5 at the back of the building which adjoins the Bellcourt entertainment complex and it was quite noisy at times throughout the night .

Charming pub right in the centre of Stratford Upon Avon. Easy to walk to all main attractions. Staff friendly and happy to assist me with my rather awkwardly sized bag. Bed comfortable, lovely hot shower. Would recommend.

A great place to stay right in the center of Stratford upon Avon, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, My only comment would be is that the food which my companion thaught was great I found the fish I had over cooked, but I would definitely go there again.
