Great hotel and perfect for a quick dash to departures. Really cosy feel for an airport hotel. Great staff and service. Food is ok but what you expect at such locations. Staff can be a little annoying constantly asking you to rate them on google.

Brilliant staff, especially in the restaurant. Great room (219) but a star deducted for a very dirty extractor fan in the bathroom and an annoying / loud squeaking of the toilet door, which could be stopped with a bit of WD40!

The Hilton Garden Airport Hotel where we stayed last was overall better and breakfast was excellent. If we stayed again we would not bother with breakfast and eaten in the airport lounge instead

Close to departures. Taxi drop off is £6 but not notified in advance. No trolley to move luggage in hotel but took one from airport £2. Comfortable bed. Bar area fine and food good but expensive Japanese Odon dish £19 but shared was fine.

Spotless room, modern, convenient. I have to say that one staff member went over and above.. he fixed my television (the lead was detached) as I was very keen to watch the second episode of “call the midwife” on the Boxing Day .. started at 20.30 and we checked in at 18.30.. the reception was very busy and he still had the patience and care to fix it for me

Excellent location - literally a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. Checked in at 4 am following early arrival of our flight. Slept until 10.30 am and checked out before 12 so was ideal for what we needed. Room was fine - air conditioning was efficient and towels and bedding were of good quality (Pillows were very strange though). What I really liked was collecting your own filter water, in carafes that were provided, from a machine near the lifts. So much better for the environment. Not sure where the glasses in the room were though as we only had 2 in the bathroom. One negative which was a nuisance was that the water didn't drain out of the sink in the bathroom.

The hotel was very nice and the location is good since you have access to a lot of things but if you're not a fan of how busy the airport area can be it wont be for you. Besides that everything about this location is wonderful.

Hotel very convenient for airport terminal. Staff courteous. Check-in efficient. Modern room but not the best designed bathroom and separate lavatory. Bed good but have slept in better. A late arrival and early departure meant I did not make use of the restaurant or bar facilities.
