"The hotel was well maintained, our room was very spacious but cold, I phoned reception, got no response so went down and asked for heating to be put on. When we got back from theatre the room was still cold! The actual reception was professional but not overly welcoming. Breakfast was good but it is a self service buffet breakfast including hot drinks. Parking at £11.50 seems excessive."
