"Amazing experience. Good service. Polite staff. Highly recommended. We spent a nice time in hotel which really looks like a castle or luxury mansion with cosy warm nicely decorated rooms, strong showers, clean bedding and towels, memory foam mattresses, fridges full with free beer and water, some snacks. Personally us, we had a balcony window with a lovely view to the garden and river Themes(balcony door can be a bit opened for fresh air). Walkable to main sightseeings and underground. Thank you so much "
"Very clean and great location, I could walk everywhere. I had a great nights sleep and the bed was amazingly comfortable and I loved the shower, it had great water pressure."
"Loved this hotel! The staff were fantastic and treated our kids like they were VIP guests. The view from the window (overlooking all the trains at Waterloo) kept our whole family entertained. Loved the amenities and the breakfast. Would absolutely love to stay again. "
