"This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. Our room was 53 degrees when we arrived. To solve the issue power was cut to our room. There was no option for heat. The bathroom did not have a fan. The water ran in the shower when the water was turned off. The spray of the water in shower was inconsistent. The toilet did not work and it ran continuously. There was no ice available in the property. I was told the ice machine was not working. There were only 2 chairs available in the whole pool area. "

"Clean. Good staff support. Generally quiet. Dogs allowed and not ever an issue. Breakfast area supplied and kept neat and clean. Food provided good but not superior. Choices varied and options provided. No actual complaints just mundane. I would definitely stay again "

"Love this hotel, however the noise level was really high on Thursday night/early hours of morning. Front desk might give a heads up and some ear plugs. I also travel with a white noise machine which I had on and my sister and I still heard it - really loud (we were on 4th floor). Love the hotel though!"

"Beautiful, historic property with a fabulous pool. But rooms desperately need an upgrade. They are dark, heavy, and way overstuffed with velvet and brocade, which is not what one wants in the tropics. The whole property looks like it could seriously use a deep cleaning."
