"lovely spacious room, however not maintained, we had to ask for tea and coffee top ups. bin not emptied during our 3nights. reception staff were mixed, but the pool and sauna won us over. great location for city but also good for a taste of local London"

"Really good location for Chelsea and Battersea. Friendly staff and lovely big room. The complimentary bottle of water was much appreciated. But so much door slamming and noise from neighbours I would have been sorely disappointed (and cross) if I’d planned a quiet lie-in. Maybe avoid rooms near the lift. One small additional point: the bottle of hair conditioner in the shower turned out to be shampoo so take some with you just in case. Also no body lotion or shower cap supplied."
