"Room was clean. Some maintenance needs to be done. Door locks were slower than expected. Elevator floor selection was difficult. Had to wait for others to get to their floor before I could enter my floor. Pillows were the worse! Hard! Too thick! Woke up with neck pain and headache. (No alcohol has been consumed)"
