Have stayed many times and always enjoyed. This trip however was very vary disappointing. Arrived and no Valet or bell hop at 11:00pm. because of Covid and would not even let me park in valet. Had to unload at Valet and take luggage up to room. Then go back to Valet and park vehicle inside parking structure and walk all the way back again. Had to wait 1 hour after arriving for room Tv to come on. Tv went offline 3 times since we stayed and had to have maintenance reset cable box. Each time Tv was out for about 1-2 hours. “ Maintnence did there job so I have no complaints about him. I Paid extra for the suit with hot tub. The Hot tub was located outside of bathroom inside bedroom and bedroom is open to Living room so if you want to use hot tub privacy make sure nobody else is there because it’s all open. Last but not least could not even use the hot tube because there was black hair or pubic hair all over the tub like it had not been cleaned. Only noticed once you fill with water. Spoke with front desk to tell them about my complaints and they said they would take off hotel amenities charge. I was not happy with that offer. The hotel did however take off more which I was fine with. Front desk admitted that those rooms hot tubs should not be used because they are not clean properly yet. Aside from no Valet, bell at night or no Tv that place still has very nice atmosphere inside by waterfall, steak house lighted trees. Bar is still closed by waterfall for some reason.
