9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (612)
"Very cool, funky hotel. So many fun and unique design features. Rooms are small but comfortable. Love the focus on eco-friendliness. Breakfast was great. Staff very kind and helpful. Only slight criticism, this doesn’t really feel like shoreditch (it seems like in the last ten years the borders of shoreditch have expanded exponentially). It’s about a 20-30 minute walk to Brick Lane, Shoreditch High Street, Spitalfields Market. Still very happy with my stay. "

"Location was wonderful. The most I have enjoyed London. Apartment was clean except for strange discoloration of bathroom floor. Furnishing was quite basic. Could be a very nice modern apartment. Would have been nice to have a gym and pool. All in all still enjoyed my stay "

8.4 out of 10, Very good, (784)
"Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in East London. Just a stone's throw from multiple tube stops, bus stops, and other chic areas including Brick Lane, this hotel was perfectly located. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful enough. I did not opt for the breakfast as there are many delicious breakfast and brunch spots nearby. "

Travelodge London Central City Road Hotel
2.5 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (92)
"We travelled through 4 countries in Europe in 2.5 weeks and the Travelodge was by far the worst experience. The bathroom was ok no visible hair, didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot though, towels had stains, basically water filled in soap dispensers in the shower and to wash hands. Only two towels provided and no toilet paper top up. Fan was broken and no AC. No safe. You could hear everything, sounded like doors being slammed every time someone left their room. Location was ok if familiar...
