"Staying in a permanently docked ship is an out of the ordinary novelty. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Bed is firm, but not too firm. Being in the heart of Sea World is convenient. Enjoyed a delicious Thai lunch, Mexican dinner, Starbucks expresso, then some live music at "meeting Jazz". Lots of food choices here in Sea World. Looking forward to a western breakfast tomorrow onboard. I would stay again, my wife would too if I book a room with a larger window instead of a small port...

"This is an unbelievably beautiful hotel that is incredibly low-priced by U.S. standards and by far the most palatial accommodation I've stayed in throughout the world. It is located well above the very modern city of Shenzhen at the top of a mountain. The hotel has four restaurants and across a swan lake is a massive park with walking trails, food courts and performance stages, along with a series of beautifully illuminated housing structures of all styles and periods which people rent in order...

"The reception area looks very grand with a big chandelier and marble floors, but behind this facade the hotel is very tired and dated. The rooms are big, but the smell of stale cigarettes is everywhere. The fridge did not work, and I had to hold the shower over my head as the fixing was too low. I had to change rooms on the first night as the traffic noise was unbearable. None of the staff speak English and the breakfast is purely Chinese. The pool is disgusting, full of mould and I imagine...
